Prof. Cecília Baranauskas receives the Outstanding Career in Human-Computer Interaction Award
In November 4h, Professor M. Cecília C. Baranauskas will be a keynote speaker at the XIV Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computer Systems (IHC 2015). In this ocasion, she will be awared by the Brazilian HCI community for her contributions to the field of HCI.
In November 4th, during the XIV Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computer Systems (IHC 2015), Professor M. Cecilia C. Baranauskas will be awarded with the "Outstanding Career in Human-Computer Interaction" by the Brazilian Special Commission of HCI.
This award was created to recognize and honor members of the scientific community whose career has contributed, historically and continuously, to inspire, develop, strengthen and promote Brazilian research in HCI.
Cecília Baranauskas was also invited to be a keynote speaker of the event, and will present her Socially Aware understanding to the design of computing systems.
